  from the past. This gathering offers a chance to gently work with accum
 ulated grief\, pain\, sadness\, anger\, and unhealed trauma in a safe sp
 ace.\nThere won’t be any forced sharing or expectations\, Just an oppo
 rtunity to dive deep and explore your own healing as an individual in a 
 supported setting.\nWe start with Cacao and meditation\, followed by gen
 tle yoga and will end with an optional bonfire and s'mores at 8pm. (weat
 her permitting) For men and women ages 16+. No yoga experience is requir
 ed. Sign up in advance only - no drop-ins.Dress comfortably\, bring a yo
 ga mat if you have one (we have extras if you don't) and if you wish to
