A Description of SRV Financial Transaction Policies

SRV Retreat Center is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit religious charity organization. We accept tax-deductible donations from individuals and organizations that support our work. We also offer rental of our event and accommodation space to third-party individuals and groups, and process purchases in our on-site and online store (opening 2025).

  All donations, rentals and purchases are calculated and processed in USD.

• SRV fulfillment policies
  • Purchase Refunds: Refunds may be possible within 10 days of purchase if item is borken or defective. Contact Cusomer Service. Rental Refunds: Rental refunds are governed by the rental contract for a particular event.
  • Donation Refund policy: We are not able to return donations made to our organization. To cancel a recurring donation, please email us at: admin@saranamcenter.org
  • Donation Cancellation policy: You may cancel a scheduled prior to the scheduled date; you may also cancel a recurring donation at any time.
